Shipping & shipping cost
Filler Online carries products in stock constantly therefore we can ship your order immediately unless stated otherwise.
After your order has been checked and your account has been approved we are able to ship your order as follows:
- orders placed before 13:00 CET will be shipped the same day
- orders placed after 13:00 CET will be shipped the next workday
In case we do not have the requested product in stock your order will be shipped with a delay of up to 10 working days unless we inform you otherwise.
The day your order is shipped you will receive an email with all the important information including the tracking number. Thus you are able to see the status of your order from the time your order has been picked up.
Filler Online is not responsible for any delivery errors due to faulty contact information provided by the customer.
Filler Online is unfortunately not providing any option to pick-up orders at our warehouse.
Lost Goods and delayed shipping
By European law, the maximum delivery time amounts to 60 workdays. Under normal circumstances, however deliveries take no longer than 1-9 workdays. If a package misses any scans or is delayed unreasonably we will start a case. However, we are not able to resend or refund any orders before 60 workdays are bygone.
We are shipping to the following countries:
- Czech Republic
- United Kingdom
All our orders are shipped via DHL and DHL Express. We offer two shipping option:
- DHL standard shipping with a delivery time of 3-9 workdays depending on location (€15 net)
- DHL express shipping which is delivered on the next workday (€80 net)
The shipping cost will be stated clearly during the checkout process. You as the importer are responsible for paying any incurring costs for local import duties or import taxes.
