Sculptra™ Ampoules 5ml, 2x1 – Collagen Stimulation & Volume Enhancement with Poly-L-Lactic Acid Sculptra™ is an advanced collagen booster based on Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), designed to treat volume loss, deep wrinkles, and extensive skin laxity. The biocompatible and fully biodegradable substance stimulates natural collagen production, providing gradual, natural skin tightening with long-lasting results. Sculptra™ is particularly suited for liquid lifting and delivers visible improvements after only a few treatment sessions. Composition (per ampoule): 150 mg Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) 90 mg Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose 127.5 mg Pyrogen-Free Mannitol Indications: Sculptra™ is suitable for: Medium to very deep nasolabial folds Marionette lines Volume loss in the chin, cheeks, and jawline Hollow cheeks Contour changes in the lower face Scars and widespread volume loss due to fat reduction Loss of skin firmness on the décolleté and backs of hands Application: Sculptra™ is supplied as a dry substance and must be rehydrated with 5 ml sterile water for injection. Up to 3 ml additional water can be added if necessary. Allow the mixture to rest for 24–48 hours to ensure a homogeneous suspension. Draw the solution with an 18G needle and inject into the deep dermis or subcutaneous layer using a 25G or 26G needle, or a 22G cannula at a 30–40° angle, depending on the treatment area and desired outcome. Massage the treated area regularly during treatment to ensure even distribution. Initial treatments should use moderate correction, as results develop gradually over several weeks. Do not inject Sculptra™ into lips or around the eyes. Avoid use in patients with known allergies to any ingredients or with a tendency for keloid or hypertrophic scarring. Duration of Effect: Results develop gradually over weeks, peaking around 3–4 months. Effects last up to 24 months and can be extended with follow-up treatments.
