Jalupro® HMW – High‑Molecular Biorevitaliser for Deep Skin Rejuvenation

Jalupro® HMW is a sterile, resorbable medical device designed for intradermal application, specifically formulated to treat medium‑deep to deep wrinkles and improve overall skin structure. Combining high‑molecular‑weight hyaluronic acid with an effective amino acid complex, Jalupro® HMW stimulates collagen production, enhances skin elasticity, and provides long‑lasting hydration. It is particularly suitable for revitalising mature, dry, or structurally weakened skin, as well as for reducing the appearance of scars and stretch marks.

Composition

Sodium hyaluronate (high molecular weight): 20 mg/ml
Amino acids (in 80 mg/ml solution): Glycine, L‑Proline, L‑Leucine, L‑Lysine hydrochloride
Water for injection

Indications

Jalupro® HMW is suitable for treatments involving:

Face, neck, and décolletage
Hands, underarms, abdomen, knee area
Inner thighs
Stretch marks (post‑pregnancy or weight loss)
Medium‑deep to deep wrinkles
Skin laxity and elastosis

Application

Before use, Jalupro® HMW must be prepared by mixing the contents:
The hyaluronic acid gel from the single‑use syringe is injected into the vial containing the amino acid solution using a 27G needle. The vial is then shaken until a moderately viscous, homogeneous solution is obtained.
The mixed product is injected intradermally into the superficial to mid dermis, with volume adjusted according to the treatment area and skin condition.
After injection, gentle massage is recommended to ensure even distribution.
For optimal revitalisation, the manufacturer suggests 3–5 treatment sessions, performed 2–3 times per year. A 27G needle is recommended for application.

Duration of Effect

Results typically last up to 6 months, depending on factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and injection technique.
