Lanluma® V – Collagen‑Stimulating Filler Based on Poly‑L‑Lactic Acid

Lanluma® V is an injectable collagen stimulator for subcutaneous use, formulated with Poly‑L‑Lactic Acid (PLLA). Developed by Sinclair, it activates the body’s natural collagen production rather than filling with immediate volume like traditional hyaluronic acid fillers. This makes Lanluma V ideal for long‑lasting skin rejuvenation, firmness, and structural restoration. It can be used both for targeted wrinkle treatments and for volumizing larger body areas. The result is progressively smoother, firmer, and more youthful‑looking skin.

Indications

Lanluma® V is suitable for the treatment of:

Mentolabial folds and nasolabial folds
Cheeks, temples, chin, jawline
Neck, hands, décolletage
Buttock lifting and augmentation
Cellulite and thighs
Arms

Application

Lanluma® V is supplied as a powder and must be reconstituted before use.

Reconstitution protocol:

Remove vial cap and disinfect the stopper
Slowly inject 15 ml sterile water into the vial using an 18G needle
Shake for 10 minutes
Allow to hydrate for 1 hour
Solution is usable for up to 72 hours
Shake thoroughly before each application until fully homogeneous
Add an additional 4 ml sterile water before injection

Injection instructions:

Injection must be subcutaneous or dermal
Minimum cannula size: 26G
Massage the treated area thoroughly afterward to ensure uniform distribution
Recommended treatment plan: 1–3 sessions, depending on the area
First results appear after approx. 2 months

Aftercare:

Massage treated areas 5 times daily for 5 minutes
Follow‑up evaluation after 4 weeks (earliest)

Duration of Effect

Results typically last 18 to 24 months, depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, and injection technique.
