Lanluma® X is an injectable collagen stimulator based on Poly‑L‑lactic acid (PLLA), designed for volumizing and rejuvenating large body areas. It activates the body’s natural collagen production, creating gradual, natural‑looking improvements in volume, firmness, and skin texture. Suitable for both facial and body treatments, Lanluma X provides long‑lasting structural enhancement, with results lasting up to 24 months. Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, Lanluma X does not merely fill — it regenerates tissue for authentic, progressive rejuvenation.

630 mg Poly‑L‑lactic acid (PLLA)
Carboxymethylcellulose
Mannitol
Reconstitution with 40 ml sterile water

Indications

Lanluma® X is indicated for:

Volumizing flat or sagging buttocks
Improving skin firmness and texture
Reducing cellulite and dimpling
Treating medium‑to‑deep facial wrinkles
Correcting atrophy, lipoatrophy, and postpartum volume loss
Use on the décolletage, arms, thighs, neck, hands, jawline, chin, cheek area, and nasolabial folds

Application

Lanluma® X is supplied as a dry powder and must be reconstituted prior to injection.

Reconstitution protocol:

Remove vial seal and disinfect stopper
Inject 15 ml sterile water slowly using an 18G needle
Shake for 10 minutes
Allow to hydrate for 1 hour
Shake again before application until fully homogenous
Add an additional 4 ml sterile water immediately before injection

Injection instructions:

Inject subcutaneously or intradermally only
Distribute slowly and evenly
Thoroughly massage the treated area afterward to avoid nodules and ensure uniform distribution
Mild redness, swelling, or bruising may occur
Post‑treatment care: massage treated areas five times daily for five minutes

Recommended regimen:

Typically 1–3 treatment sessions, depending on the area
Results begin gradually over 2–3 months

Duration of Effect

Effects develop progressively and typically last up to 24 months. Maintenance treatments may be performed after this period. Duration depends on age, skin type, lifestyle, and injection technique.
