Return and Refund Policy


We only accept returns within 10 working days of notifications if one of the following conditions is met:

  •     The product is damaged
  •     The wrong product was shipped

If one of these conditions applies to your order, please contact us via email or reach out to our customer support at:  +49 5404 9935440 and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In the case that any goods are returned we will offer you either a replacement or we will refund the corresponding payment. The refunds will be done via the same payment method you chose for your order.

After 10 working days, no returns will be accepted.

No returns for any other reasons will be accepted.


Your payment will be refunded via the originally chosen payment method. We will refund the payment as soon as your products have been returned. Due to the processing time of the service providers, it may take up to 29 working days for the refund to show on your account.
