Newest One – Skin Revitalization with Polynucleotides & Hyaluronic Acid

Newest One is an advanced skin revitalization product from Mastelli, specially developed for the treatment of large body areas. Its unique combination of highly purified polynucleotides (PN‑HPT®) and non‑crosslinked hyaluronic acid promotes deep cellular regeneration, improves overall skin structure, and helps restore firmness, elasticity, and hydration. Newest One is particularly suitable for patients with sagging, dull, or structurally damaged skin, as well as for those dealing with scars, stretch marks, or volume loss.

Indications

Newest One is indicated for the treatment of:

Mature, dehydrated, or photo‑damaged skin
Atrophic scars and stretch marks
Volume loss and skin laxity
Large areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, arms, and décolletage

Application

Newest One is administered intradermally into the dermis. It can be applied using standard injection techniques or through non‑invasive approaches such as iontophoresis, electroporation, or hydroelectrophoresis. For optimal results, a treatment cycle of 3 to 4 sessions, spaced 14 to 21 days apart, is recommended. Maintenance treatments may be performed every 3 to 6 months to preserve long‑term improvements.

Duration of Effect

The results typically last 4 to 6 months, depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, and technique used. Initial visible improvements often appear after the second treatment session.
