Rejuran® S – Polynucleotide Filler for Acne Scar Correction and Skin Repair
Rejuran® S is a regenerative dermal filler formulated with highly purified Polynucleotides, specifically developed for the treatment of atrophic scars, acne scars, and structural skin defects. Unlike traditional fillers that primarily focus on volume enhancement, Rejuran® S promotes natural tissue regeneration by stimulating fibroblast activity and supporting collagen synthesis. Its highly viscous formulation allows for precise placement within depressed scar tissue, helping to improve skin texture, elasticity, and overall skin quality while supporting long-term tissue repair.
Composition
• Polynucleotides: 20 mg/ml
Indications
Rejuran® S is indicated for the treatment of:
• Atrophic acne scars
• Surgical scars
• Depressed facial scars
• Structural skin defects
• Uneven skin texture
• Post-inflammatory skin irregularities
• Localized tissue depressions
• Scarred skin with reduced elasticity
Suitable treatment areas include:
• Cheeks
• Temples
• Jawline
• Forehead
• Localized scar areas on the face
The product is specifically designed for the correction of depressed scars and localized skin defects while supporting tissue regeneration, collagen production, and long-term improvement of skin quality.
Application
Rejuran® S is injected into the mid to deep dermis to target depressed scars and localized skin defects. Its increased viscosity allows the product to remain stable within the treatment area, providing ongoing support for tissue regeneration and structural skin improvement.
Topical anesthetic may be applied 20–30 minutes before treatment if required. An initial treatment course of 3–4 sessions at intervals of 2–4 weeks is recommended, followed by maintenance treatments every 6–12 months when necessary.
Recommended treatment parameters include an injection angle of 15°–30°, an injection depth of approximately 0.5–1.0 mm into the dermis, a distance of 0.5–1 cm between injection points, and an injection volume of approximately 0.02–0.05 ml per point. The recommended needle size is 30–34G, 4 mm, with a total treatment volume of 1–2 ml per session depending on the treatment area.
Duration of Effect
Initial improvements may become visible after 2–3 treatment sessions. Results develop gradually through collagen stimulation and tissue regeneration, leading to continued improvement in scar appearance and skin texture over time.
Results typically last 6–12 months, depending on individual skin condition and lifestyle factors. Maintenance treatments may help prolong the results.
