Teosyal® RHA 2 – Flexible Dermal Filler for Medium‑Depth Wrinkles & Subtle Lip Contouring

Teosyal® RHA 2 is a dynamic dermal filler designed to smooth medium‑depth, expression‑related wrinkles and to provide subtle lip contouring and natural‑looking volume. As part of Teoxane’s award‑winning RHA® (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) product range, RHA 2 adapts seamlessly to facial movements, delivering smooth, expressive, and long‑lasting results — even in highly mobile areas of the face.

Composition

23 mg/ml cross‑linked hyaluronic acid (non‑animal origin)
3 mg/ml lidocaine
Phosphate buffer solution, pH 7.3
BDDE cross‑linking rate: 3.1%

Indications

Teosyal® RHA 2 is suitable for:

Smoothing medium‑depth dynamic wrinkles including forehead lines, glabellar lines, crow’s feet, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and perioral wrinkles
Lip contouring and natural volume enhancement, including the philtrum
Improving skin texture and hydration in the upper and mid‑face

Application

Teosyal® RHA 2 is injected into the mid to deep dermis using a 30G × ½" needle at an angle of 15°–30°.

Recommended techniques:

Linear retrograde technique for wrinkle correction (injection parallel to the wrinkle)
Linear or serial puncture technique for lip enhancement, injecting into the labial mucosa at a depth of 2–4 mm

The filler should be injected slowly in small amounts, followed by gentle massage to ensure even distribution.

Duration of Effect

Results typically last 12 to 18 months, depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, and injection technique.
