Teosyal® RHA 4 – Structural Dermal Filler for Deep Volumizing Treatments

Teosyal® RHA 4 is the most volumizing filler in Teoxane’s RHA® range, specifically designed to restore and redefine facial structure in dynamic areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, and temples. Its dense yet flexible gel texture makes it ideal for treating deep to very deep wrinkles—especially in thicker skin—while providing durable support and natural‑looking contour enhancement. As part of the Resilient Hyaluronic Acid line, RHA 4 adapts to facial movement, ensuring expressive, harmonious results.

23 mg/ml crosslinked hyaluronic acid (non‑animal origin)
3 mg/ml lidocaine
Phosphate buffer solution, pH 7.3
BDDE cross‑linking rate: 4.1%

Indications

Teosyal® RHA 4 is indicated for:

Volumization of the cheeks, temples, chin area, and jawline
Correction of deep to very deep facial wrinkles, particularly in thicker skin
Treatment of pronounced nasolabial folds and marionette lines
Facial remodeling and contour improvement in cases of mild ptosis

Application

Teosyal® RHA 4 is injected into the deep dermis or superficial subcutis using a 27G × ½" needle or a 25G cannula, at an angle of 15°–30°.
Recommended injection techniques include:

Bolus technique
Fanning technique
Linear retrograde technique

The product should be injected slowly and followed by gentle massage to ensure even distribution. Touch‑up sessions may be performed if needed to achieve optimal results.

Duration of Effect

Results typically last 15 to 18 months, depending on age, skin type, lifestyle, and injection technique.
