Teosyal® RHA 1 – Precise Dermal Filler for Fine, Dynamic Lines

Teosyal® RHA 1 is an ultra‑light, elastic dermal filler designed for the treatment of fine, superficial dynamic wrinkles in highly mobile facial areas, as well as on the neck and décolletage. As part of the award‑winning RHA® range, RHA 1 is engineered to adapt seamlessly to natural facial movement, delivering smooth, natural‑looking results. Its unique combination of crosslinked and non‑crosslinked hyaluronic acid provides flexibility and durability, with effects lasting 9 to 12 months.

Composition

15 mg/ml hyaluronic acid
(blend of crosslinked and non‑crosslinked HA, non‑animal origin)
3 mg/ml lidocaine
Phosphate buffer solution, pH 7.3
BDDE cross‑linking rate: 1.9%

Indications

Teosyal® RHA 1 is suitable for:

Smoothing fine dynamic lines
Treatment of barcode lines and perioral wrinkles
Correction of superficial facial lines
Revitalisation of neck lines and décolletage
Improving skin texture in delicate and mobile areas

Application

Teosyal® RHA 1 is injected into the mid dermis.
Recommended techniques:

Cross‑hatching technique for barcode lines
Linear retrograde technique for neck lines

Injection is performed using a 30G × ½" needle at an angle of approximately 30°, delivering small boluses of about 0.05 ml slowly and precisely.
A gentle massage should follow to ensure even gel distribution.

Treatment protocol:

3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart
Maintenance every 6 months

Duration of Effect

Results typically last 9 to 12 months, depending on age, skin type, lifestyle, and injection technique.
